I am on disability due to health problems. (I wrote about them a little on the homepage.)
I make a meager $508 per month from Social Security and I realized that I was never going to afford a boat and truck to pull
it. Then I remembered reading on the internet about a guy that traded a paperclip for a house,(
http://oneredpaperclip.blogspot.com/ ) and I thought why couldn't I do that! I'm not expecting to get a boat with one trade of course, I want
to trade the lure for something else that I could trade for something bigger, and so on up the line until I get something
worthy of a boat. I don't want anything as fancy as a house, I just want a small fishing boat and a beat-up truck to
haul it around. So I'm starting out the trading with a Rapala Risto Rap, and two dozen handtied nymph flies. The
lure is still in the box, although the box is pretty scratched up, and has never been taken out. The nymphs are
assorted colors and styles and are the some of the best flies that I've ever tied! I'm starting the trading for
a boat with the lure and the trading for a vehicle to haul the boat with the flies. I'll post a short story with
pictures of every trade I make.
